Please inquire about custom made orders (necklaces lengths, materials etc,) Timing and pricing will vary. Custom made orders can be cancelled only 48 hours of being placed and are non-returnable.
Alterations are available upon request. Please contact us prior or upon purchasing.

DELIVERY
Packages are despatched from the Los Angeles within 1-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or FedEx with Delivery Confirmation.
_US shipping is sent via USPS or FedEx
_Delivery time is estimated at 1 - 3 working days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
_Standard international shipping is sent via FedEx.
_Delivery time is estimated at 6 - 28 working days.
_For an additional fee, International Signed For provide online tracking and priority handling.
*Please note that tracking is not included in the standard shipping costs.
Express Mail, Overnight Shipping, Tracking, and Delivery W/ Signature are available for an additional fee.

Buyer is responsible for any import/custom charges. International Signed are recommended for added speed and online tracking.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are only accepted for items of unworn/undamaged condition in their original box and packaging, otherwise this policy may be rendered void. Contact must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Please note that we can not refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be extanged for another item or equal value. Please contact us for return address prior to returning an item.
REPAIR POLICY
We will repair any design purchased through Etsy or Sense of Fashion. Items purchased though our retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email email us at info@garagegypsyjewelry.com and request a repair tracking number (RTN).
Items less than two years old are subject to free repair. *Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.
PRODUCT CARE
Each piece of Garage Gypsy Jewelry is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. Please follow our recommended care to extend the life of the jewelry so it can celebrate numerous milestone occasions.
After each wear, gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in either a a soft bag or jewelry box. Please note that the majority of the collection requires wirework, which should be delicately handled and stored in an appropriate setting.
