The inspiration behind Garage Gypsy comes from the many opposite corners of the world, but when brought together, a character all of it's own is found. We, like people, are always evolving. We like to keep it fresh, meaning you will never see too much of the same thing. GG was established in May of 2009 by a whimsical accident and possibly fate.
About the designer, Natasha Kutrovacz. Born and raised an hour outside of Chicago, Natasha moved west to Los Angeles at a young age in pursuit of a dream. Not only was LA a place of opportunity, but a dwelling of inspiration and artistic energy. As a natural born fashionista, she was determined to find her niche in the world of design. Although Natasha had been crafting, sewing and making jewelry since elementary school, it was a passion that went unnoticed. After advancing through jobs in the film industry, and learning the ropes of business as an a/p manager, she found herself doing product photography and website maintenance for a local furniture store; all of which were building blocks that would lead to the creation of Garage Gypsy Jewelry. For Natasha, jewelry is a design medium that allows her to share her creative passion and influence the world of fashion through her "works of art." Natasha is known to believe strongly in individuality and the invention of one’s self. All of her designs are a one of kind, just as you are. Garage Gypsy Jewerlry is made to last fifty years not just fifty minutes.
